About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing professional to join our young and dynamic company in Singapore! Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for Articares and for new and existing products or services
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Develop a brand strategy
  • Set and administer an annual marketing budget
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
  • Oversee the operation of Articares website or email marketing program and provide analytics review
  • Manage and refine Articares social media presence
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
  • Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating Articares databases and external data
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research studies
  • Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials

Requirements:

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience with social media marketing
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
  • Experience in Med-Tech industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above preferred

  • Development of robotics technologies for rehabilitation of patients suffering from neurological injuries.
  • In-house characterizations and verifications.
  • Support in manufacturing and assembly of robotic devices.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of mechatronics systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Mechatronics or related studies.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electronic designs.
  • Hands-on skills in CAD software & documentation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Singapore citizen or permanent residence.
  • The following competences are a plus:o Skills in numerical computing/analysis software.o Exposure in DC motor control.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide clinical input into product development across to ensure the safety, efficacy, and usability of medical robotic products.
  • Research, make recommendations and manage clinical related studies, usability evaluations and clinical trials.
  • Provide clinical input for risk assessments for medical robotic products.
  • Dissemination (white papers, conference posters, journal papers, and other scientific reports).
  • Develop training materials and facilitate specialised clinical and medical educational sessions.
  • Lead the training of clinicians during the installation/ implementation process.
  • Perform/oversee clinical trial site management duties (e.g. site selection, monitoring).
  • Work closely with the sales team as a clinical specialist to support new and existing customers and patients by providing education and product training to ensure a safe, effective and efficient usage of our robotic devices at customer side.
  • Provide clinical input into product development to ensure the safety, efficacy and usability of medical robotic products.
  • conducting trainings and post-sales support help desk, user meetings, …)
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
  • Partner with sales team members to ensure clinical support is available to all customers.
  • Utilize time with sales representative to identify new revenue generating ideas and strategies for increased company sales.

Requirements:

  • An educational background as PT, OT or Human Movement Scientist.
  • Preferably minimum 2 years clinical working experience in rehabilitation environments, working with neurological patients and an existing network of healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in conducting clinical trainings for healthcare professionals, PTs or OTs would be beneficial.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Ideally knowledge and experience in operating advanced rehabilitation equipment.
  • Preferably working experience with upper extremity robotic- and/or sensor-based technologies.
